Shipping & Delivery Policy

Jus'Print is a digital and on-site printing service: your print is produced at a Jus'Print kiosk and collected there. Jus'Print does not itself provide courier or home delivery.

How it works

When you create a print job, your QR ticket is delivered instantly in the app, on the web, or in your chat with the Jus'Print bot, and you're notified when your print is ready.
If you're at the kiosk: scan the QR and your printout is produced on demand, in seconds. There is no delivery charge.
If you're not at the kiosk (for example a print sent to a franchisee-operated kiosk): you're notified when it's ready, and collection — or any delivery you'd like — is arranged directly with the franchisee or operator of that kiosk. Any such arrangement, timeline, and charge is strictly between you and that operator; Jus'Print is not a party to it and does not charge for delivery.

Printing and collection are available at active Jus'Print kiosks — see which are online and nearby in the app's Kiosk Locator. Any delivery option and its cost depend entirely on the local kiosk operator.
